The 2012 MULTICULTURAL CALENDAR was developed by artist Sheena Singh.  It includes beautiful artwork as well as hundreds of multicultural, multi-faith and diversity related holidays and observances.  We feel it's a great calendar for parents and educators who are teaching kids about other languages and cultures.  Filled with useful information, it is also an excellent tool for all organizations that celebrate and honor diversity.  You can learn more about the calendar or purchase it directly by clicking here.

The 2012 Multicultural Calendar is about honoring our differences and appreciating our oneness.  It provides accurate dates with explanations for each of the world's twelve major religions and the cultural festivals of most ethnic groups in North America, including Aboriginal People, Bahai, Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Islam, Jain, Jewish, Shinto, Sikh and more.  It also includes cultural festivals of over 140 countries.

The beautiful paintings displayed each month show different expressions of love among diverse people from around the world.

1) Each purchase made on www.LanguageLizard.com from Nov 12 to Dec 12, 2011 will automatically be entered into the drawing.  Customers making a purchase do not need to do anything or make any notation on their order.  Each purchase on the site during this timeframe counts as one entry.

2) All school and library purchase orders received by fax or postmarked between Nov 12 and Dec 12, 2011 will also be entered in the drawing.

3) No purchase is required to enter the drawing.  Those who do not make a purchase from the www.LanguageLizard.com website can enter the contest by sending a postcard to Language Lizard LLC with their name, address, phone number and email address (one postcard per entrant please).   Send to: Language Lizard, LLC, Attn: Multicultural Calendar, PO Box 421, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.   The postcard must be postmarked between Nov 12 and Dec 12, 2011.

4) Drawing only eligible to customers with US or Canada mailing addresses.  Must be 18 or older to participate.  Void where Prohibited by Law.

5) Three winners will be chosen at random using random.org's sequence generator.  Each winner will receive a 2012 Multicultural WALL Calendar designed by Sheena Singh.

6) The three winners will be notified via email and phone if they have provided a valid email and phone number when placing their order.  The calendar will ship to the ship-to address on the order unless the winner requests an alternate ship-to address within 24 hours of being notified that they have won the drawing.

7) Participation in this drawing ends at midnight (United States EST) on December 12, 2011.  Language Lizard reserves the right to extend the closing date.  Any extension will be noted on this site.

8) Language Lizard reserves the right to disqualify anyone cheating or tampering with the entry process.

9) Language Lizard reserves the right to alter these rules based on its discretion and does not have to notify entrants of updates or changes. Any changes would be posted on this site.
