5 of 5 Fun Book That Inspires Research January 28, 2022

I was gifted an ebook version as a part of the Multicultural Children's Book Day.
My children and I read this book and fell in love with it!  The illustrations are different which my kids enjoyed.  The story itself is similar to The Three Little Pigs which was great.
While we have seen sun bears in the Atlanta Zoo, we didn't know much about them.
This book inspired us to dig deeper and learn more about these magnificent animals.

5 of 5 The Three Little Sun Bears January 27, 2022
Reviewer: Julie S
A sweet take on the story with little sun bears! Lazy, sleepy bears in the rainforest. I especially enjoyed the descriptions of the bears told in the taunting replies the bears had to the tiger “not by the…” I also liked the ending where the bears actually showed some kindness to the tiger. I enjoyed the illustrations, especially how they drew the tiger.

I learned that sun bears live in tropical rainforests of Asia and are the smallest of bears. I think I’ve seen them at the Honolulu zoo as well. Again the book ends with a page teaching about the animals in the book.
