Pandora's Box

This famous Greek myth tells the story of the creation of life on earth and the loss of innocence.  Pandora, created by Zeus, is given the gifts of the gods and sent to earth where Epimetheus falls in love with her.  Zeus gives them a box that must not be opened.  Pandora, having been given the gift of curiosity, opens the box and unleashes suffering into the world.  This story is retold with stunning illustrations that progressively depict the forthcoming doom.
