What is the Language Lizard Personal Shopper Service?
The Language Lizard Personal Shopper makes ordering simpler for educators, librarians or others who are interested in multiple titles and/or languages and don't have the time or desire to look through our site to select specific titles. You indicate your language needs, your desired order size or budget, and the types of books that you would like. If you have specific titles that you want included in your order, you let us know that as well.
No pre-order will be processed until we have your written approval to place the order.
A Personal Shopper will look at our stock and place a "pre-order" that you can review, change, and finally approve or submit to your purchasing department to include as an attachment to an official school/library purchase order.
How does the Personal Shopper Service work?
1) You fill out the Personal Shopper Contact Form below or contact us via email or phone, letting us know your specific interests, needs and constraints.
2) A Language Lizard Personal Shopper will place a pre-order in our system and will send for your review. The Personal Shopper may get back to you with specific questions. The pre-order will include shipping and all relevant charges.
3) You review the pre-order. You can look on our site for further information on any title. If you wish to remove or add additional items, simply let your Personal Shopper know. You can make as many changes to the pre-order as needed until you are satisfied.
4) Once your pre-order is finalized, you can either:
- Approve the pre-order for processing (in writing) or
- Give the pre-order to your purchasing department to add as an attachment to an official school or library purchase order.
No pre-order will be processed until you have given written approval to move forward, or we have received an official school purchase order. Once a pre-order is approved, it becomes an official order and we will begin processing. At that time, no more changes to the order can be made, and Language Lizard's normal payment and return policies apply.

How much does the Personal Shopper Service cost?
Note: this service is only available for customers in the US and Canada.
How can I start?
To start, please fill out the Personal Shopper Contact Form below. You may also email or call us with details if you prefer. Please provide an email and a phone number where we can reach you. You should hear back from us within one business day regarding the receipt and status of your pre-order.
When creating your pre-order, our personal shoppers will include only items that are in stock at that time. However, occasionally stock may change between the time your pre-order is created, and the time the order is approved and then ships. If an item in your pre-order is out of stock, Language Lizard will contact you with details and offer you the option of substituting with another item, or simply removing the unavailable item from your order.
