Return Policy
  US / CANADA CUSTOMERS: If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may return them in non-damaged, salable condition within 30 days of the shipment date. Sealed items must be unopened.

Contact Language Lizard prior to returning any items in order to receive a Return Authorization Number and a link to the appropriate Return Form to use. If any part of your order is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately, but no later than 30 days of shipment date, to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

**Domestic shipping and handling fees will be credited only if a product is defective upon arrival or if there was a processing error on our part, and we are unable to send a suitable replacement.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: The return process below is applicable to US/Canada shipments. Due to the high cost of shipping internationally, if there is a product defect on an item shipped internationally, we will request a digital image of the defect and, upon receipt, issue a refund for the price of the product rather than sending a replacement. All products that ship internationally are inspected at the Global Shopex warehouse prior to shipment overseas and professionally packaged for international shipment. All international shipments are trackable and insured. Return Process & Return Form
  IMPORTANT: Prior to returning any items, please contact Language Lizard via email or phone for a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER and Return Form with instructions.

For all US / Canada returns, send original packing slip and return form together with your return. Please also send an email indicating the item(s) that you are returning.

When packing return items, books should be padded to ensure protection. Please note that returns must be packed well and received by the warehouse in non-damaged condition in order to receive a full credit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your merchandise is received in our warehouse. If you paid by credit card, please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your card.
