5 of 5 Excellent support for teachers w/ diverse students December 2, 2020
Reviewer: Nicole D. from Belgium
Excellent backbone and support for teachers with current student population from all the corners of the world, with diverse native languages, cultures, ages.
Also with a wink to the children’s parents too.  Creativity is addressed. Vocabulary, communication skills, world literature, cultural features are always presented in a playful approach.  The goal: teaching and learning English in a setting, from wherever you may come, you feel welcome as a newcomer, immigrant, refugee.

5 of 5 Helps give children a global perspective December 2, 2020
Reviewer: Kris W from NJ
We live in a very diverse community and I have read many of Language Lizard’s bilingual books to my kids over the years to help my children understand and appreciate the cultural differences of their friends and neighbors. This book gave me a lot of new ideas! I plan on sharing this book with their teachers and other moms who are trying to build cultural awareness and empathy in their kids.
